Do I need a certain number of people? 

There is a minimum of 10 people to create a travel planning. We do understand that there are times the amount of people you desire do not always attend, so we are flexible however it may change the price of the trip.

Will your company plan all excursions and where we are staying?

Yes! When you submit the group booking request, you’ll notice we ask many questions about the experience you’re looking to have, your past hotel experiences along with several important other details. 

Once you book a planning call, we dive deeper into the information you provide during a 30 min zoom call.  our team takes that information and provides 3 - 5 hotel accommodations and itinerary options for you to choose from. Once you share the option you like we put together a personalized booking link for you

Does the host receive incentives?

The trip hosts will only receive incentives if they are a Luxotic travel ambassadors. 

 

Do you plan multiple countries within 1 trip?

Yes, we can do this also. 

 

Do you give feedback on how long the trip needs to be?

Yes, provide guidance based on where you are to travel to, the season, the budget, and the activities you are planning to do.
